EVERYONE from Nyack Enterprise are AWESOME! I rent from them on a weekly basis for work and they’re all wonderful with pick-​drop off. The bonus to their customer service is their professional and polite acknowledgement of all their customers (e.g. ma’am, sir.). You don’t hear that too often on the Eastcoast, but this place nails it every time. Looking forward to seeing the them again next week! :)

I’ve rented from this Enterprise branch three times and each one has been great. I was picked up for two of the rentals. The second time we rented that car smelled strongly of smoke and they gave us a different car and it turned out to be an SUV, which was a free upgrade from what we originally rented. That was nice.
The most recent rental was a weeklong rental for our vacation. We rented an intermediate size car and when we arrived for pickup, they had upgraded is for free to an SUV. I have dealt with Katie, Mike, and Brian and they were all a pleasure to deal
wit. Would definitely rent from them again.

I recently rented from the Nyack location. My car was at Route 303 Autobody for repair. Enterprise picked me up from Rt 303 and took me back to the office to fill out their paperwork. I had the pleasure of dealing with Mike and Katie. Even when I went over the time alloted for the repair it wasnt a problem. I made a few calls to them during the rental period and everyone answered my concerns with a smile on their face. I have rented from Hertz and Budget in the past but Enterprise made things so easy and stress free Its a nobrainer. Any future rentals will be Enterprise.
