Today my car broke down in the drive through queue of this dunkin donuts. It was 6:20am. No makeup, face crusty, child waiting at home for a ride to school and husband miles away at work. The cars started piling up behind me full of frustrated people wanting their morning fix. Within seconds a lovely young server was at the car window asking me what was wrong with the car. He patiently walked me through putting it in neutral when suddenly the wheel and shift stick locked making it impossable to steer or coast. He took the wheel, telling me it was fine to wait inside where it was warm once we got the car safely out of the line. It was 17 degrees out! Another employee directed traffic as we tried to jump the car. When that did not work, I got out and we all pushed it back and out of the line. Did I mention that while all this was happening he somehow managed to go back to the order window and process several waiting customers’ transactions? When I went inside to wait for a towe and pay for the order I had made prior to stalling out, a salty older local was ahead of me and verbally abusing the staff for making him wait! I felt horrible, knowing the holdup both inside and outside was all my fault and fully expected the staff to atleast mention the reason. To their credit not a single server used my situation as an excuse for the slowdown. They just picked up the pace and got the orders processed. Ofcourse I’m impressed with the kindness and professionalism of the employees at this Dunkin Donuts, especially that of Kumar and will be going here instead of up the road to the one nearest the mall. But maybe next time I’ll skip the drive through… lol

After watching a television advertisement for this restaurant I decided give this place a try. The menu consist mostly of contemporary American breakfast cuisine and a few lunch items, such as the chicken salad sandwich. The dinning room was open and the music was at the perfect volume. There are large windows that provide the diner with an unobstructed view of Route 59. Ambience… 10⁄20 For lunch service I had a sandwich consisting of sausage, egg, and cheese, on a croissant. Before tasting the entrée, I notice that the egg did not look like a chicken’s egg. Rather, this gelatinous circular sponge looked nothing like an egg(other than being white with a yellow center). Upon tasting the sandwich my taste buds were subdued by an overpowering salt flavor. So salty in fact that I could not finish eating this unnatural looking sandwich. To rid my mouth of this foul taste, I drank a medium coffee, which us what this place is famous for. The coffee was fine, not superb but not repulsive. It tasted like the average cup of Joe that one could make in their home. Food…0/20 The service was much better than the food. Mr. Kumar took my lunch order. He smiled, made eye contact, and asked me if I wanted a large rather than a medium coffee. Other than the sales pitch, the service and time spend waiting was above average…15/20 To the owner I suggest to be authentic in your item descriptions. Make an egg sandwich using and actual egg. Try to do something about the salt issue. Maybe try to retrain your chef or find one who can cook without as much salt. I must compliment you on your bathroom; it was very clean.

Another local spot in my hometown of Nyack. I have been coming here for years so I know everybody there even though there are some unfamiliar faces of course as time has passed on. This particular Dunkin’ Donuts is ran by a Indian man and his family and let me just say they are one of the nicest people I have ever met when it comes to Dunkin’ Donuts. Everyone is very polite services something goes wrong they are ready to give it to you on the house and switch and replace it. Sometimes after living in your titties forget how kind people can be. Eff you Dunkin’ Donuts in New York city

Unfriendly, never repeat orders in the drive-thru and the manager keeps calling me «sweety» and it creeps me out. Their ice to coffee ratio needs some work. All in all, this DD sucks. I have been going there daily for years and it’s obvious that my business is not appreciated. SOTIREDOFTHEUNFRIENDLYFACESINTHEMORNING! Not the greatest way to start my day!

Inconsistent. Last few times I was there they either forgot items in my order or just got it wrong. Frustrating, cause I am there a lot, and tip very well. Manager seems to be more concerned with ticket times(rushing you thru taking order) than getting it right. They ask you to move off the line to wait for your order, while blocking traffic trying to leave Should be more concerned with customer service than corporate mandates. I will be back. Kind of a captive audience considering the location and nothing else close by, but not at the frequency I’ve been there in the past. It’s a shame. (2nd star is for some of the staff)
