Lady Maids is the best, always reliable and always do a fantastic job. Josselyn is so kind and accommodating, she always asks how she can improve the service to keep doing great work. I would reccomend Lady Maids to anylneookong for an honest, reliable cleaning service that treat your home like theirs.

Love these ladies! Not only do they do a great job they are also very affordable. The kitchen was spotless, the bedroom was amazing and the pantry was ORGANIZED for us!!! What a great surprise. Another amazing add on is they don’t mind if you are not able to be home but your pet is, which is so helpful for working families! Thanks to the whole team for the great work.

We have been using Josselyn and her staff for over 3 years. We started with her in our apartment and we still use her today now that we live in a house. They are great, always organize everything, and keep our house clean enough for our crawling baby. Highly recommend them!

Affordable, reliable, and easily scheduled, these women are great at what at what they do. I’ve had other cleaning people before, but lady maids quality of work trumps the rest. The house looks better than ever, and the attention to detail is amazing.
I would highly recommend them to anyone with 100% satisfaction.

I used this lady for my house cleaning. She was horrible. She asked me more money for deep cleaning and she refused to clean certain things. There was dust everywhere and when I told her and she gave me attitude. She said she’d bring her own cleaning products but she took and used all of my products without asking me. She refused to make the beds and was very rude.
I hired her after reading some of the good reviews on Unilocal but now I realize that some of these may be paid reviews. She offered me a $ 20 discount on next service for a good review on Unilocal.I will never ever hire this lady again. And I won’t recommend her either. HORRIBLE.

I am very picky when it comes to cleaning services and a clean home. Everyone knows that a cleaning company can come in the 1st time and blow your socks off to impress and gain your business. I have went through this time and time again. Lady Maids came in and not only blew my socks off, they repeatedly cleaned my house as good as they did the 1st time. What I like is that they will do a walk through with you and you have the opportunity to pick up on things they missed or not and clean it. (No Company Is Perfect) I am a business owner and with every business there is always going to be people that aren’t happy, that’s life. There is nothing better then coming home with my kids and the 1st things they say is.” Wow is smells like the cleaning lady’s came”.

Im very particular on how my house is being cleaned. Id rather do it my self than hire someone cause if I can do it why not. But the whole situation change now, im currently pregnant and can barely do stuff like bending to pick up stuff or barely just lifting heavy boxes or furnitures to clean under it. So on my bday, my mother gave me my bday gift (money) and decided to give my self a treat by sparing my self from cleaning. So I begged my husband to call Jocelyn to clean our house. But this was not the first time, We used to call her when I dont have time to clean at all. They do what you want and I was happy. And with my OCD I only showed them once or tell them once what to do and they get the work done right. Definitely im recommending her and her team to others!

This was a HORRIBLE cleaning service. They started 15 minutes late, didn’t clean the floor in the bathroom, didn’t clean the tub, there was still dirt in the corners of the apartment, they didn’t even bother to try to clean the ceiling fans, they were supposed to clean the fridge but there was still stains in there. Cobwebs still on the ceiling. TERRIBLE!!! I am so angry! Plus they took stuff without asking. The oven still had finger prints on it. TERRIBLE!!! Ugh!!!

I have had one visit with Lady Maids, and can honestly say that I am 100% satisfied with their work. :) Even my husband, who was hesitant to hire a cleaning service was thrilled with how great the apartment looked. Josselyn was an absolute pleasure to have in our home would listen to each request that I would randomly blurt out. A must hire, a great service, and very friendly with my dog which was also very important!!!

I have been using different cleaning services for about 20 years. Each time I move I dread having to find a new service. However, I feel I got lucky this time with Lady Maids. Josselyn who runs Lady Maids is fantastic, she comes out each time to explain to her service person exactly what needs to be done and how it should be done at my apartment so even if different individuals do the work, the service is very consistent for my every other week service. I’ve had issues in the past where depending on who cleaned your place on any given week, the results greatly varied.
If you are looking for a service to clean your house or apartment, I highly recommend you choose this service. Pricing is very reasonable and they do a great job.

I just started using Lady Maids in July. They are terrific! Very efficient and affordable. Also, if you are unhappy, they will come back and make things right immediately. They are very good with customer service. Strongly recommend if you are looking for a cleaning service!

This is a very dishonest company. They told me a price for the cleaning and when I mentioned the coupon they upped the price by $ 50 after they started the cleaning. They said they will not accept the coupon also. Do not ask for this company to clean your apartment unless you want to get ripped off
