If I could give a zero rating, I would. A close friend’s family spent half a day trying on suits for an upcoming wedding and just when they were ready to check out, the owner came out screaming and ranting inappropriate and very racist things — including that they should cancel the wedding. The worst part is that two small children were present and witnessed their family being abruptly and without any cause, chased out of the store. I am absolutely appalled at this behavior. No one who is capable of this should own a business and no one looking for any formal wear for their special events should bother stepping into this horrific establishment.

We got good promotion here for my friends wedding. My fiancé was in the wedding party. So when it was our turn we came here since our friends had already rented tuxes from here. The manager was super nice. He even let us try different tuxes on. But he was never forceful in any way. He made alteration for us. It was super experience.

Cozy was great. We dealt with Ralph and he was very helpful throughout the whole process. We were from out of state so several months before the wedding when we were in town we stopped into see their collection. That’s when we first meet Ralph. He took the time and showed us the different styles. After we narrowed it down to a few we like he suggested we try them on. From there it was very easy to pick the one we liked the best. Ralph also set us up the measurement card for all of the other guys who needed tuxes. They were out of state also. The day before the wedding, all of these guys went into the store to pick up their tux. A few of the tuxes weren’t quite right, but Ralph and his staff made adjustment as the guys waited. It was amazing. So glad we choose Cozy for our wedding, They even picked up our tuxes the day after the wedding from the hotel since everyone was leaving that day.

This is long overdue review. My husband and i got married 3 yrs ago and after having terrible service at another location we ventured to Ralphs Cozy Formal Wear. He was more fantastic from start to end. He let us take samples from wall and let try every combination without any pressure or time limit. Anytime i called him; he was ready to help. we had a small issue for size, they even travel across city to help. Everything was taken care of and our tuxedo’s were at time. I felt like this guy was just for me when we needed him!

Absolutely horrible tuxedo experience. The owner, Ralph, is nice when you come in to order the tuxedo and promises to deliver what you ask for. What you get upon pickup is an ill-fitting tux. We had 7 rentals and 5 had problems… the worst being the groom! Shirts, shoes, jackets, pants – all ridiculously too large or way too small. Thankfully, we picked up the tuxedos on Thursday for a Saturday wedding! When we called and returned to Cozy in Nutley, the owner Ralph had a bad attitude and was soooo arrogant. His worker was downright rude. At $ 175 per tux, I expected better service and delivery. We regret choosing this vendor. The groom had to cancel his tux – and Ralph did refund his money – and run out to the mall where he was able to get a tux that fit him properly. What a nightmare! Think twice before you rent from Cozy of Nutley.

My friend chose Cozy for the tuxedos for his wedding. I went there to get measured when I was in town(I live in Chicago). Because I was flying in for the wedding, a friend picked up the tux for me and brought it to the hotel where the wedding was being held. Upon putting on my tux I realized a few things. 1. Button replacements were MISSING, 2. A button had popped off the vest. 3. The pants were 3 inches too long, 4. The jacket sleeves were a full 2 inches too long. There was no time to return before the wedding, so I had to wear the poor looking tuxedo. Upon returning the tux, I explained the problems to the owner(or manager) of the stop, who proceeded to tell me that it was my fault.(Apparently I forgot to have his staff put the botton replacements in the bag?) After asking him for compensation, he got in my face in a threatening manner and told me to get out of his store. AVOIDATALLCOSTS. Many of the other groomsmen had problems with their tux’s.
