If you are looking to buy a vehicle or need service done on your current vehicle look no further. The customer service at Marty Feldman is unmatched! I have purchased cars from at least 4 other dealerships (some of which were close family friends) but I have now found my forever dealership. From the day I bought my car I have felt like part of the family there. They take amazing care of me and my car.

I’ve leased my last two cars here and gone to Feldman for my follow-​up oil changes. They are usually very busy, but the service is good and they do a good job with routine maintenance. They seem to be making an effort to improve their communication from a service standpoint. As a hospitality professional, I look for good service everywhere I go, and communication is key. the sales staff has a job to do, and they put forth the effort: be prepared to communicate what you like and don’t like about a car and what you like and don’t like about a deal.

I work down the street from here and have been taking my cars in for oil changes and warranty work for a couple years now. Every time I have been in they are very quick and professional to me. I would highly recommend this place. :-)

I’ve been here twice now. I got oil change, tire rotation and fixed a current recall. I called today for an appointment and was able to go in within an hour I called same day. The whole service took about an hour and I am very happy with it. The customer service was also great! Thanks.

The service department worked really hard to correct a problem that I had with my 2015 Tahoe’s GPS antenna.

Showed up for my 5pm oil change appt only to be told I was not on their schedule! While I was certain I had in fact made an appt, the service guy was nice enough to make the time for me anyway. Service guy was really nice, but I have to say I don’t understand why it always takes so long for an oil change! I always make an appt, and even when it is on their schedule it takes up to an hour? I don’t get it.

I got an oil change here for my Honda Civic, being that it’s a Chevrolet dealership they ordered the parts for my Honda right away. Very happy with their service.

Mike in service did not give a good initial impression of this dealership; not communicative and cut a lot of corners. After initial visit, service completely turned around — friendly service team and fast fix on my car. The popcorn in the waiting room is also delightful. I would now recommend this dealership for service and repairs after having the second encounter with the team.

I bought a vehicle from this dealer in February 2013. The experience was pleasant so when it came time for an oil change I went to their website, printed out their coupon for an oil change and tire rotation and then made an appt over the web. I rec’d the confirmation email the next day and all was well. Or so I thought it would be…
On the day of my appt I arrived on time and found a disintered tech who wrote up the SR while *twice* ignoring my request to add a note stating that the tires had already been previously rotated front to back and only needed to be criss-​crossed in the front. Only after looking him in the eye and making it clear that I actually expected him to listen to my input did he add a hand-​scrawled note in pen with this (*after* completing it and printing it out first sans notes, of course).
Despite the bad feeling I find myself suddenly fighting I think okay, I’ll just wait and see how this turns out. So we sit in the lounge and wait… and wait. And wait. Finally, after nearly an hour-​and-​a-​half someone finally calls my name (this was only to be an oil change and partial tire rotation, after all). I go to the cashier at the back of the lounge and pay the bill. The service guy who called my name is now nowhere to be found.
So I go back to the garage area, find my car (with big greasy handprints on the driver’s door). The guy who wrote up my SR looks down and away every time I make eye contact with him. Okay, that doesn’t necessarily mean anything, right? I drive off with nary a word from any of the service personnel.
I drive about a mile away, pull into a lot and check the tires. NO sign of rotation. I check the receipt. NO mention of a partial rotation at all. I then decide to see if they even bothered to reset the engine oil life monitor. Nope, still shows 9% instead of the 100 or 99% it should.
A most unsatisfactory experience I had at Marty Feldman Chevrolet. At least they actually changed the oil.

I came in to talk to the dealership about regular maintenance and I ended up only doing an oil change. Had scheduled an appointment one week in advance and told the guy I was on lunch. It took them two hours to complete a simple oil change and they were supposed to give me paper work about the maintenance, which they never did. They are also supposed to wash the car, which they didn’t. So why do I keep coming back? The answer is I won’t. Terrible experience.

Good for buying a car. Not for service. Expect to wait 2 hours or more for an oil change when you scheduled an appointment in advance. The marginal cost savings of going here isn’t worth the ridiculous wasted time.
If I get an appointment set up, I don’t expect to wait 2 hours for an oil change. I will not be back.

I have been a customer of Marty Feldman for over 10 years. I deal with Jeff Zajac in the service department and couldn’t be happier. I have high exceptions from the entire staff, due to Jeff’s high level of customer service, and have been satisfied consistently. I have to admit that I am not the perfect customer and all salespersons should never let the attitude of the customer affect there job performance. But it does. Remember people, treat others as you want to be treated. I have a great relationship with the service guys in the front and appreciate and care for the guys in the back working on my car. I go to Marty Feldman Chevrolet for my oil changes. I am a loyal customer but I also wouldn’t spend my hard earned money unless it was worth it. Thank you Jeff Zajac and the entire Marty Feldman Chevrolet. Thank you for treating me like better than the Queen of England even though I am just a commoner.
