Last summer, we encountered some awesome employees at this store and it has become my go-to place when I take my grandmother shopping. I arrived with my 82-yr-old grandmother in a wheelchair and immediately Maryann and Judy were extremely helpful. Maryann set us up in the large dressing room(the handicapped room) and brought my grandmother some sizes to try. After determining her size, she brought us many options and was so patient with us, letting us really take our time. My grandmother gets tired quickly so it took us several hours just to explore one half of the store. My grandmother then got hungry and Maryann and Judy were extremely kind and compassionate and brought her a cookie and some coffee from a stand inside the mall. They would not accept any repayment and my grandmother was extremely touched, as was I. Having been replenished by the snack, we explored the second half of the store. Many hours later, we walked out with $$$ in purchases and a great new spring/summer wardrobe for my grandmother. The caring employees made it a delightful experience for her. She felt very special. Their help also made it POSSIBLE to buy her the clothing she needed. — — — — — — — Now to update: I came into the store this month with 2 grandmothers this time! The staff was different from before but still helped us out well. The staff reserved us rooms right away, getting us the right sizes(we took the completely wrong sizes to the dressing rooms), and one staffperson even helped my grandmother to and from the restroom. Again, we walked out with $$$ in purchases and their help made it possible. THANKS!
