Vanzebo Laser Printer/ Fax Repair & Toners

I switched to using this company after seeing their friendly repair service for a client in our building. I thought that I would give them a try. I am very pleased.
In the past, I always ordered our toner cartridges from Staples, but found that Vanzebo is locally owned in Novato, so wanted to keep our business local if I could. I have been impressed by Fred and his staff. They are friendly, polite and deliver fast reliable service.

I work for a local utility, and I noticed the office has a whole bunch of «vintage» (very old) HP printers that never seemed to die. I had a 1985 Laterjet series II that was misperforming, so I asked our IT guy who repairs and maintains them, and he sent me to Vanzebo, which is near the Humane Society in Bel Marin Keys.
I had been to two other repair shops, and both had charged me a lot of money and failed to fix the problem. (One guy told me that moisture (his shop was wet) doesn’t affect electronics!) One of the owners of the business, David, happened to come in just as I got there, and he took the time to figure out what was wrong and explain to me how the machine works, all for the cost of a toner cartridge (which was all I needed). He and Jenny also told me that they will come to your home or office and replace cartridges and clean your printer (s) for just the cost of the cartridge (which is competitive).
I know I’m too attached to my old printer, but it has worked for me for 27 years, and I hope to keep it running (I even bought a used computer so that I could keep this printer!). David seemed to understand, and I couldn’t be any happier with the result.

Twice, we’ve had Marcus come out to save us from our ancient printer at work. He’s always quick to repair the darn thing and always has a smile on his face.
