I love Strength Within! If you would have told me a year ago that a 7 am Pilates class would become one of the consistent highlights of my week, I never would have believed it. But Laura with her uplifting spirit, fun attitude, and awesome teaching style has made it so!

Ok. So you need a bit of help getting in shape, you do you call? Laura Molina at Strength Within Pilates. I told her the first day I stopped by that I did not like to exercise, but really needed help. Two years later, I am skinnier, stronger and happier. Love her!

I know this sounds corny but seriously, taking pilates with Laura has changed my life. I have taking been pilates with her for about 2 years. I have lost almost 35 pounds (about 30 in the first year). Laura is awesome, she is so encouraging, fun and cares about people and thir health. Not only is she a pilates instructor, she is also a life coach and knows nutrition like no other.
If there are any women out there who want to shed some pouds, feel and look beautiful without killing yourself or your bank accoutn… believe me, here is your answer
