If the report is true that Rosenthal was unprofessionally rude to the level of mistreatment of a patient whose orthodontist (evidently one of his colleagues) performed malpractice on her… then he gets an F-​Minus in professional integrity, which, by the way, I assign to the following people who were profoundly dishonest with me concerning the ruin of my bite by Costopoulos:
Bales, Griffin, Lebus— and another dentist in Novato whom I decline at this time to name, but whom I fired as our family dentist.
Go to UCSF for professionalism in dental and orthodontic treatment, people. It is worth the drive to avoid the risks attendant on trusting dentists/​orthodontists who evidently think themeselves above adhering to the American Dental Association Code of Ethics and Principles of Professionalism
