Raina Rombeiro Makeup Artist

I am so happy that I found Raina! She was recommended by my photographer (Jennifer Bagwell) and I soon found out why. Beside the fact that she is an amazing person and I felt like we had been friends for a long time, she made me look and feel beautiful on my wedding day. She and her talented team did make up and hair services for myself, 6 bridesmaids, a junior bridesmaid, flower girl, my aunt and mother in law in 4 hours! Everyone loved how their hair and makeup turned out. I also paid her to stay and do touch ups on whoever needed it which relieved the stress associated with last minute touch ups. She hung out with the wedding party and it totally felt like she belonged there. If you need someone for hair/​make up, hire Raina!

I wasn’t super excited about wedding makeup because I wanted to look natural and pretty, not like I stepped out of Brides magazine with huge hair and crazy MAC counter makeup. I told all this to my awesome wedding planner (see: Be Hitched) and she recommended Raina. And I’m so happy she did!
Raina did an absolutely beautiful job of making me look like I had flawless skin (it must have taken at least 4 kinds of concealer!), a perfect bridal blush (with magic and maybe 10 products), and recommended a perfect shade of lipstick that I now use daily. In the makeup trial, she was very collaborative and responsive to any feedback. She really is client-​focused and wants to make you happy. We found a look that I liked, and my wedding day hair and makeup turned out exactly as expected.
On the big day she and her assistant showed up early, stayed on schedule with all the hair and makeup services, and even had time to work on my aunt’s hair which was a totally last minute request and unplanned.
Everything about working with Raina was fun and easy and my wedding photos are GORGEOUS! I couldn’t recommend her more highly!

Raina rocks and I highly recommend her for any special occasion! She did my hair for my wedding in May, as well as my sisters’ and mom’s hair. She made us all look and feel like a million bucks! I didn’t have the chance to do a trial with Raina before since I was a destination bride, but Raina took time to consult a while before diving right in — and the result was exactly what I had pictured — even exceeding all expectations! I Raina is also a really great, fun person, and was so much fun to hang with the morning of the wedding. I felt like I had known her forever! Thanks, Raina for everything.

Raina is amazing. I love her! She did my hair and makeup a little over a year ago for my wedding and she nailed the look I was after. Not only was she so much fun, she also took amazing care of me and saved my entire wedding day when my wedding dress zipper broke.
To this day I haven’t forgotten about her kindness and all that she did.
Wish I had something coming up just so she can make me look fabulous again!

Raina and her assistant did a great job at my wedding recently. All eight bridesmaids looked fantastic and we all received a lot of compliments during the wedding. She arrived on time and was always very responsive by email. I would very highly recommend her!
