After having water leaking from the bottom of the vanity in my bathroom, I called a plumber who come to the house without much equipment. His conclusion was that I had a leak in the concrete slab and he would order a leak detention visit or I could re pipe the house. I called Plumbing Solutions, Joel Diaz came to my home. He felt had water was under my vanity was from a drain pipe problem. He cut into the wall board and found a very small leak in an elbow joint in the copper pipe. It was above ground. He fixed the pipe and saved my thousands.

Joel was prompt, friendly, and professional in coming to our house to repair our leaking kitchen sink (and replace the garbage disposal). I called about a water pressure problem in an upstairs shower of a townhouse we just purchased and was able to schedule an appointment the next business day. Joel came right on time and explained my different options after investigating the situation. He tested the water pressure at the main water inlet and showed me my water pressure regulator valve (which I didn’t even know we had). After turning it up for me, the pressure is improved and he recommended replacing the spout because it is not sealing properly. He didn’t even charge me for the visit! Thanks Joel. Since we bought our townhouse over 2 years ago we have had to live with an upstairs sink stopper that never worked. It was not attached and had to be manually raised and lowered. This was despite our contractor and later a licensed plumber examining it. Well, it finally got stuck tight when our daughter sat on the vanity counter and went to wash her feet. I called the plumber we have used a couple times, Valley Plumbing, and for a week and a half he kept stringing us along, promising to come, but never showed up. I called another plumber on Unilocal but he never called back. Meanwhile we were having to brush our teeth, etc. using the bathtub faucet which was very inconvenient. I was fed up and searched again on Unilocal,and found Plumbing Solutions, which got a 5-​star review in nearby Concord. I can see why! I called Monday morning, and a guy was out Wed morning as promised (even a little early) and had a brand new stopper replaced in minutes! Plus he quickly fixed a new downstairs faucet that had water pooling on top of the stopper, even when open, because former installer had trouble getting the right size pipe underneath. Whole visit took 15 minutes! We will definitely call Plumbing Solutions again when needed!
