I come here with my kids. Orange chicken kids meal. Entrée, choice of rice (fried, white) or noddles, drink and cookie.
They have several large tables near the back with floor to ceiling windows. Restrooms and restaurant have been clean we I went.

Been going there a few years now and yesterday my family wanted some food and I went to order, and when I came home I had my entrée but no sides. THEY DID NOT PUT ANY SIDES THAT I ORDERED. There was only a plate of rice. Also my sister ordered shrimp in a kids meal and they gave her three pieces of shrimp, they didn’t give her the drink it comes with or the cookie. Disappointed. China palace for now on.

I live between two Panda locations, and I drive to this one, even though it’s farther. They are one of a few businesses in the strip, so there’s always ample parking. Even 30 minutes before closing, they’ll cook you a fresh individual portion of food. My usual go-​to is a combo plate with half-​half chow mein and mixed veggies, orange chicken, and string bean chicken. This location is always clean, never too busy, and they move the line pretty quickly. All the staff I’ve encountered here are pleasant. I’ve been coming to this location weekly, with Panda cravings, and always leave satisfied. I only wish they would upgrade to one of the newer fountain drink machines!

Wish I could give this place something less than a star, worst service ever. Food is never ready, when it is ready its cold and tasteless. Avoid this panda if you can.

I have been getting food from this Panda Express for a few months now, and have never had a really bad experience. On the contrary, I have always found the staff to be very pleasant and the food quite tasty. On several occasions I have asked for a fresh cook of an item where the bowl behind the counter looks almost empty, and they have never refused. One of the things I like most about the PE is that they serve the hot and sour soup. I was in the PE in Sonora a few weeks ago and they had neither the soup or the BBQ ribs. The Novato PE is very clean and the staff tries to please. Will continue to patronize as long as their current level of service and quality continues.

For the McDonald’s of the of the Chinese food world it is alright. Quick and quenches a craving at a reasonable price with only some heart and upset tummy :-) I do like that they will let you get the stir fried veggies instead of the chow mein or fried rice and it is super yummy with the fire cracker chicken when made fresh! The Associates are very nice and quick to keep the line moving! The place is much better then when it opened up here in Novato. There were a lot of challenges with staff and food being fresh and pick orders being correct. Inside is chilly! So bring a sweater! :-)

I was shocked at the poor service that I encountered tonight at Panda Express. We placed an order over the phone and said we would pick up in 30 minutes. One would think a 30 minute window is ample time to prepare a small order, apparently for Panda Express, it’s not. This location is so poorly managed, I can’t imagine it will survive.

Standard Panda Express. Staff was friendly, food hot and I always loved the iced tea! There is a little outside seating area, which was clean and comfortable. No complaints.

Very clean compared to other panda restaurants I have been to. Location is nice, only 1 – 2 minutes off 101 exit. Food was fresh and service was excellent.
