This is a great shopping center! It kind of got ignored for a while when Safeway left a few years ago, but the management has done a fantastic job re-​tenanting and upscaling the center. Paradise Foods is a wonderful alternative to Safeway — higher quality food and produce, yay!
Also, the restaurants are great! Of course, I love that Woodlands Pet Food & Treats is in the center, too!
The center has events year round, my favorite is the Summer Music Series where just about everyone in Novato turns up to listen to live music and hang out with their neighbors. For free!
If you haven’t checked it out recently, you owe it to yourself to swing by. It’s a whole new place.

This small plaza was recently completely remodeled. It has plenty of parking and a neat circular open plaza area in which there are often live events such as bands. You can get takeout sushi at the nearby Taki restaurant, yummy Italian food at Boca Pizzeria or pricy but delicious deli food from Paradise Foods and then sit outside to enjoy the weather and music.
There are a wide variety of shops here including a space museum! Fun and different than your typical strip mall.

What a great job they have done fixing up Pacheco Plaza. The look and store quality really make this a neighborhood em of a center. And thanks for the summer music too.
