It was an absolute dream to work with Maayan.
We got married at the Sausalito Woman’s Club and hired her as our day-​of coordinator. Not only does Maayan have a sweet and thoughtful personality, but she did a fantastic job coordinating our event. Being a strong communicator, she was always quick to reply to our questions prior to our event. On the day of our wedding, she helped to facilitate the on-​time arrival of vendors and ensured that everyone was working together seamlessly behind-​the-​scenes. She was an essential part of making our wedding run really smoothly and we were grateful to have her!
Maayan is amazing and I would highly recommend her for your next big event! ;)

Wow! At first I was hesitant to get a planner but now I don’t see how I could have done it without her! Mayaan is amazing and made our 200 person outdoor giant Jewish wedding a total success! I highly recommend!

Maayan and My Eventology were our wedding heroes! Maayan came in late in our process and quickly got up to speed on every detail of our wedding. As the day approached and the details became a challenge to manage, she took the baton and offered guidance, counsel and assistance on just about every front. From recommending favors for our guests to producing emergency gift bags to formatting our program on the day-​of, Maayan knew what was up and came through in every situation. Having her there for the ceremony and reception gave us invaluable confidence that everything would go smoothly (it did) and allowed us to really enjoy the event we had put so much time and thought into planning. Deciding to work with Maayan was one of the best choices we made in planning our wedding. We wish we had more events we could look to her for assistance on!

Our day was a huge success and we can’t thank Maayan enough for all of her help. She made great suggestions based on what we had already envisioned and got creative when it came to making our budget work, too. All of the vendors we worked with based on Maayan’s suggestions were great and professional as well. Maayan was always available when I called and patiently answered any and all questions I had (and there were many!). I have had the pleasure with working with Mayaan on quite a few events through the years as a fellow event vendor, both with Avilicious Catering and also with her own company, Eventology. She is total and complete professional; patient, intelligent, observant, calm, and she listens to the client’s needs. I have watched her interface with other vendors, clients, and staff at venues on events, with a mature attitude, to solve issues and concerns that come up.
