Totally pro. I use their paints at work and at home. They help with tech questions regarding adhesion, prep, matching, trim colors, and all with perfect results.
Their stock colors are proven and look great, and of course they do any custom color– but that’s on you!!! LOL.
This is a few steps up from the paint in box and chain hardware stores. So are the results.

I brought a small piece of the color from my wall, it was about 18 yrs old. They matched perfectly. I’m very happy with the result. The staff were very helpful and friendly

This is a good paint store. They are helpful, though sometimes a little busy. It feels like they cater to contractors more than homeowners, though. Last time, they kinda both pissed me off and helped me out at the same time. So I am conflicted. The guy who helped me made sure we got the right order and that the paint was mixed right. But he asked if we have an account. Sorry, just a regular guy, not a pro painter. So the total came to almost $ 100. Then he said he would give us 10% off anyway. I then remembered a friend of mine who might have an account there. I asked him if he could look it up. We tried six times and eventually found his account. So, the total ended up at $ 53! I am psyched he saved us some cash, but, of course, my wife spent like $ 200 two weeks prior with no discount at all. All in all, it just doesn’t add up.
