Jim is unique. He is created way for people to work out or he can drive to beautiful locations with a weight room attached to a special vehicle that you can get your workout in Marin County in San Francisco. Beautiful locations combined with good exercise and he certainly knows his business. As a military veteran and a forward-thinking individual he brings his passion and his integrity with them to the job everyday. This is one heck of a workout. I’d recommend it for anyone with a regular fitness schedule who is looking to break out of their normal routine. It’s challenging, both physically and mentally, which makes it that much more rewarding when you’ve completed it. Jim offers sessions in varying durations and intensities. I joined him for a 6.00am Wednesday workout. It consisted of 3 hours of, well, hitting the hill(Mt. Tam), part of which I did with a 35-lb. pack on my back. Your core, legs, glutes, balance, agility — everything gets worked, and I mean worked. I would be hesitant to recommend this to anyone who isn’t already in decent shape. We scaled a hill that would have been impossible to get back down with the aforementioned pack, unless you were falling behind it. Once you get going, there is nowhere to go but up. You can’t crap out halfway through. That said, Jim, as well as the people in my group, were incredibly supportive. It really felt like a team effort. We started our workout before sunrise. We ended it with an awesome frittata and coffee courtesy of Jim. Highly recommended all around.
