I came into Cost U Less frazzled and without the paperwork I should have had to help with a few of my employees’ accounts. Jarrett went above and beyond to assist me, was super sweet and supportive and worked quickly to get me in and out.
I appreciated the great customer service, and even though I work out of San Rafael I’m tempted to drive to Novato to work with Jarrett. :)

I met with the agent recently and expressed my issues with his conduct regarding the broker fee and he apologized, feeling it was a misunderstanding. He revised my policy to another vehicle quickly and efficiently. He told me they would never add another broker fee so long as I keep the policy in force. Some change fees may be assessed as my policy is modified, around $ 20 each. I am improving my rating by ones star.
