Alfresco Heating

We have been very happy with the two heaters that we purchased from Alfresco Heating over the summer. They give off the perfect amount of heat to enable us to eat outside on chilly nights or when the sun goes down and we want some extra warmth. The heaters have definitely helped extend the use of our living space by giving us another option for outdoor dining at our home. We are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend Alfresco Heating!

While not the cheapest option you definitely get what you pay for with these guys. I have had a couple of Patio Comfort heater which I previously bought from them several years ago and they have performed well. You can buy the cheap Costco ones but expect them to last about 2 years. Alfresco product line is far superior. Recently one of them failed to light and needed a new pilot assembly. I was initially going to dump it and get a new one but they sent out a tech (I think Robert, very nice guy) who fixed it right at my house and assembled the two new ones which I had also purchased. Very quick and great service! I have fixed them myself and they will sell you the parts if you want to «do it yourself» but as I was busy and had guest coming so they took care of it. Worth every $$.

After our Kickstarter campaign got funded, the next hardest thing was to find a reliable, professional company to install heaters. Some long hours spent on online search, and luckily we came across with the information about their consulting service.
To our pleasant surprise, the gentleman that came to give us the info, Randy!, was very informative, again a real gentleman, and talked us out of installing electric one for long term cost, but got us to understand the gas heaters were possible. At this point, we trusted Alfresco completely! It’s nice they credit the consultation fees when you order the job!
He even worked with our awning company, and they just talked to each other and knocked everything out. During the planning stage, all of his emails were organized, professional and reassuring. Most of all, all the time schedule promised to us was strictly followed!
The gas heaters are on now and working beautifully and everybody loves it! So thank you so much!

I was very impressed with the service I received from Jennifer at Alfresco Heating. Even though she was alone in the office the day I called, she was able to answer all of my questions and explain the differences between the two brands of heaters I was interested in. The heater I ordered was delivered in less than 48 hours, exactly as Jennifer had promised. I will definitely use this company for any future purchases.

Alfresco Heating did an excellent job. We recently completed extensive landscaping and hardscaping and needed heaters to make the space more useful. Randy, the project manager, provided a consultation to learn our needs; he listened carefully to our ideas and thoroughly explained our options. He also respected our budget. We decided upon wall mounted gas heaters, and they are great. The installation team was totally professional and the work is first rate. They also cleaned up after themselves. I am a construction lawyer and know too well how things can go wrong. We are totally pleased with every aspect of this project and highly recommend Alfresco.
