I would give negative stars to Comcast customer service if it was possible. They screwed me on my bill and went back on an earlier agreement they had with me. They provided no explanation except to blame me for the problem and I didn’t do anything wrong. My bill was up-to-date and getting paid in full, every month and usual. They treat people like shit because they have the monopoly on providing internet service in most areas. I’m not targeting any geospecific Comcast office but rather the 1 – 800 Comcast number we all have to call when we have problems. Horrible customer service!
