I love this place! Most of the employees here are young(high school age or recent graduates from high school age), and I think that this would be a perfect first job. Having said that, some allowances can be made for their desire to control the samples. I do like that I can pick my own toppings, and the variety of toppings that are available. There were spots in the fro-yo that were solid ice, but I am only assuming that it is because of some ingredients not being the top of the line. The store is neat and clean, and I found the employees(mainly girls) to be friendly. I look forward to coming back!

This place would get 5 stars if it wasn’t for the fact that the owners don’t allow you to apply a tip to the receipt. Who carries cash anymore??? This is the only one that I know of that does this. Owners need to be advised that they are screwing the workers out of tip money because of this.

I got my wisdom tooth pulled and decided to try Tutti Frutti again. I have been a while ago and wasn’t really a fan. I went Wednesday and boy it was delicious. The flavors were new and very tasty. Great job!!!

Please teach your employees that«open UNTIL» doesn’t mean open up to 5 minutes before, or whenever I feel like closing down. Turning away a customer(family) at 9:55pm is BADBUSINESS!

The worst. Super limited selection and rock hard toppings. Also, one of the yogurt flavors had clearly gone bad. Save yourself and just don’t bother.

If the old lady who owns this location doesn’t want black people in her establishment I personally would have appreciated a sign of some sort. I wouldn’t have been so appalled by her attitude and side comments(that she doesn’t think you can hear) had I not been with my kids. This is the second time I have gone to this location and was once again met with her racism and sarcasm. I WILLNEVERSTEPFOOTINTOTHISPLACEAGAIN! And on top of that… The yogurt sucks! It was hard and lacked flavor. I had to chop it up and stir it a bit to make it even worth me not throwing away.

I never been a yogurt person, but I decided I deserved a treat and this was the location for it. There were several flavors to try but both times visiting I went with Wedding Cake and Birthday Cake. What I love the most is the fact that I can pick all of my own toppings. So I went a little overboard. You have to be careful because your yogurt must be weighed! Keep that in mind before you end up with one yogure for 15 bucks. It’s in an area with ample parking so no need to worry about that. There is no seating but you are close to the Lakefront if you want to enjoy your tasty treat in peace.

Why can’t I sample myself? And why does the staff have to be so rude about it? Yes, pouring samples for a grown woman is lame and awkward. This is, however, your rule so buck up and be kind about it! If the yogurt was better than«OK» this rudeness might not bother me.

I come to this Tutti Fruitti all the freakin time. I stopped coming here for a while and lost a solid 3 lbs. Anyway, we only come here because of its Lakeview convenience. The yogurt is not that great, as far as frozen yogurt goes. It’s a self-serve place with a pretty average flavor selection, and the yogurt itself is really just average. The topping selection is decent. We just got king cake pieces on our yogurt, but it was semi-stale the way that king cake gets when you leave it out. You know exactly what I mean.
