DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They promised our stairs would be here in 2 – 4 weeks, instead they showed up at the beginning of week 7. Even worse, when they showed up, only two of the boxes showed up. After several phone calls, they finally located the other 2 boxes. Their customer service could care less about follow up, we constantly had to call them back, because they don’t call you back. It’s also interesting to note that they say the stairs are custom built in the factory, but the boxes that arrived were really dusty as if they had been sitting on the shelves for weeks – so what is the real story — are they custom made or pre-​fab.
