I finally got to try this food truck today. I missed it the last couple of times they have been out.
They have a simple, non-​assuming truck. It seems they have a few constants on their menu and the rest rotate. They also have a special meal of the day that includes an entrée, drink and dessert.
I chose the Chicken Pad Thai and the Shrimp Spring Rolls. The Chicken Pad Thai was loaded with chicken, noodles and green onions. The Spring Rolls were really fresh and full of vegetables and shrimp. Both were excellent. They give you very generous portion sizes.
I found the prices to be reasonable for the amount of food you get.
I would definitely get them again!

Went to the Gretna Food Truck Fest tonight and I was steered to this truck by a friend of my SO. He said I wouldn’t be disappointed.
He was right as far as the pad Thai and the egg rolls. They were both a great value for the price. But the stir fried chicken and basil ended up having us headed to get another bite after we left. There was half the amount of food in the chicken stir fry compared to the pad Thai. My boyfriend ate it and then asked where else we were going because he was still hungry. But boy the pad Thai was delicious! I won’t let the stir fry stop me from coming back to the truck for some tasty pad Thai.
If you ever see them stop and try the Pad Thai! I am telling you that you won’t be disappointed! Trust me.

Since this new food truck started rolling yesterday, they haven’t got their work flows down yet. And word was flying around my building that a Thai truck was outside so they were swamped.
I got the veggie pad Thai and a single veggie eggroll. The egg roll was good and very tightly wrapped but the wrapper didn’t overwhelm the filling. The pad Thai was a huge portion for $ 5 and while it was a bit greasy for me, it was well spiced and again huge. I’ll definitely be able to eat it for 2 meals. They also had these really interesting looking flower rice crackers for sale.
Hopefully I’ll find them again and can sample future wares.
