This Starbucks in Harrahs casino is the absolute worst ever. We went on December 31 at about 7 PM, and although there was nobody there, The server is an absolute nightmare. I had asked to use my Starbucks reward, and she rang it up with the deficit on my gift card. She is surly and unwilling to help. When I asked her why she took it off of my Starbucks card as opposed to using the reward, she said I would need to speak to the manager and she had no idea when the manager would be back or I would be able to help. She was atrocious. I would never ever recommend anybody to go to this Starbucks.

This is a good location, the only problem is they don’t have the scanner to read Starbucks applications from the phone. You either have to present the physical card or read the numbers off the phone to have cashier manually enter them in the register. The coffee is still what you’d expect of any location. The WiFi is free so that’s a plus. The location is in the Harrah’s Casino and there are some bicycle racks for bike parking on the casino premisses so ride dat! You’re not SOL!!! It says 8 Canal as address but directly uptown of Canal Place. Enter casino from Canal entrance, go to the left and bada bing bada boom! Starbucks.

This is the Starbucks’s in Harrah’s. On my first visit their machinery was broken and I was unable to order what I wanted.
