I was greeted by very nice staff, the dr was a little short and sweet i guess you would say. Had my son upset because his eyes wouldn’t open wide enough he said he didn’t want to go back but other then that everything was good.

Worst expierience ever! Im 46 years old have been getting contact lenses for 25 years i have also. never ever wrote a review online but this service was so unproffesional had to download the app. Had an appointment at 2pm gave her my insurance card filled out ppwk then they tell me my ins was cancelled spoke to ins company day before knew it was active so i left called ins co. They said ins was active so i call and explain(mind youtrying to do this on my lunch break) then after being on hold for 20 minutes they tell me my provider didnt have me listed so i get off the phone call provider sure enough im listed. The employee«jennifer» was extremely unprofessional, she did not like thefact that i was upset. As i said i was doing this on my lunch break. It ended up causing me lost time at work hours on the phone all because employees were incompetent plus never seen Dr yet. so now I have to miss more work. I went there outof convenience. THEEXPIERIENCEWASHORRIBLE. DOYOURSELF A FAVORDONTEVERGOTHERE!!!

I went to St. Charles Vision expecting experience, expensive frames, superb and personal service. I got expensive frames delivered with rude, and impersonal service. When I went in to shop for frames I had a good experience. Had I experience the type of service when I picked up my frames I wouldn’t invested the 527.00 with St. Charles Vision. I am disappointed and certainly won’t return.
