Excellent service! I came here for a massage and will definitely return. The atmosphere isn’t fancy or pretentious, but laid back and down to earth, which helped me relax(I’m not a huge fan of the super-fancy spa experience). The therapist even went over my time, and I left feeling great.

Went there for a Groupon massage. The therapist was 15 minutes late getting started, came out wearing jeans, the massage room itself had gaping holes in the doors & walls so you were constantly disturbed by all of the sounds nearby, including the continuous alarm ringing everytime the front door opened and closed. half way through the massage someone hollered for my therapist and he said excuse me and went out to talk to them, then came in and got something for them and went out again to deliver it to the person. also the room was very cold which made the whole experience uncomfortable. oh and the room was very junky, not at all like what I am accustomed to. well at least it was cheap.

I really, really needed a brow wax — I was verging on looking like a woolly mammoth. Luck for me that Spa Jolie was located just around the corner from the Maple St. Starbucks! I walked in without an appointment and was greeted by the woman who did my wax. I really hate when estheticians start waxing without asking you questions first, but she took her time in determining which arch fit my face best and asked my how full I liked my brows. She also didn’t rip off huge areas of hair at one time, instead choosing to wax smaller areas at once. Even a month later, my brows look really polished, and they aren’t too thin. The price is right($ 15), and given how attentive the esthetician was, I will definitely be going back!
