Riverview Villas

While living in Forest Isle Apartments (which is next door) I would drive by Riverview Villas and dream what it would be like to live there. I mean driving by you cannot help but look and be in awe. Its gated, you can gain access with a remote, beautiful landscaping, tall beautiful three story buildings with fireplaces, garden bathtubs, new stainless steal appliances, fireplace, security alarm, etc, etc.
Finally after some years I was able to get an apartment here!!! I was so proud to be able to say I live here. Now That I no longer live in New Orleans I didn’t realize how spoiled I was #1-​Price #2-​Noise level #3-​Upon walking out your front door you are outside, most apartments in Philly outside your door is the apartment hallway, making noise and smells seeping under your door 100 times more susceptible.
My only complaint would be that swimming pool, during the summer, which is 10 months out of the year, kidding, kinda. They could not keep that thing clean for the life of them. I’m a pool bunny most of my free time was spent lounging at the pool well when the water level is so low below the filters, leaves and swill floating freely. Hurl I complained, I begged, I pleaded please fix the pool no avail. Forest Isle has THREE pools that are immaculate. I would literally go to Forest Isle just to use the pool.
