I’ve parked here on several occasions. It is well lit at night, and doesn’t have a lot of foot traffic around it. It is small, as you can tell by the photos. It is convenient to a lot of attractions, including bourbon street. It is a great location for the French Quarter. $ 10 for 8 hours during a weekday, and decent prices for other times, so reasonably priced. There are several reputable hotels and restaurants nearby, and has cameras around. There isn’t much else to say other than you will be booted if you overstay your time, or if you do not put your paid parking ticket on your dashboard.

This is my go to parking lot on the Rampart side of the FQ. It’s a pay at the machine lot and it’s the size of a building so has less than 50 spaces. I like it because it’s often a better deal than other lots. Yes, it’s open air but during the day it’s often still shaded because of the buildings surrounding it. Also it’s pretty well lit at night, although I choose spots closer to the either Iberville or Burgundy if I can. On Monday night it was $ 10 for 10 hours. Pricing is cheaper during the day and higher on weekends.
Don’t overstay your time or the boot attendant will get you. They are vigilant about their money.

Quick service, neat appearance of attendants, great location to the hotel that I stay at in the Quarter.
