The staff at this Verizon store are not only AWESOME and extremely kind, but helpful and calm problem-​solvers with a great deal of knowledge about what they’re doing. I’ve had a lot of issues with not only my phone’s hardware but weird complex issues with accessing my account and retrieving old files. Brittany and Marlon went waayy out of their way to help me out, and were lovely to hang out with while they navigated the mess that was my situation. Even if you’re closer to the Carrolton store, go on down to Poydras — there’s rarely a wait over 5 minutes (I’ve waited half an hour every time I go to the store on Carrolton), always stress free, and they’ll really do everything possible to fix your issue! These guys rock!!!

Completely unhelpful!
I was just inside this location trying to replace my damaged Iphone 5 with a iPhone 6 knowing my upgrade isn’t ready for 2 more months.
Yesterday I’m on the Verizon website and have everything ready to be ordered and decide «well I can visit the local shop and not wait for shipping»…wrong!
Today the guy tells me he can’t offer me whats available online and must charge me $ 300 (his words I’m not rounding up) plus the $ 27 monthly fee to cover the cost of the new phone because my contract isn’t ready for a device upgrade. Of coarse I’m saying «HUH?» and leave. The same deal PLUS $ 300 for no reason? Awesome.
Long story short, I just ordered my new phone from the actual Verizon website, it’ll be here tomorrow morning and I’ll get to live one more awesome day without social media and other distractions.
This store SUCKS and isn’t a real Verizon store… I’d say come here if you want some accessories but why support this dumb business.

I recently had to get a new phone through Asurion with Verizon. My old phone was cracked and half the screen worked. When I got my phone in the mail I was sure I was going to mess it up. So I brought it to this Verizon store and they set it up for me without a problem. They have a machine to transfer photos and all from old phone to new but mine was way to broken to work. They took their time and really tried their best to restore it. They were so helpful and probably cared more about restoring my pictures than I did. Very nice and helpful here! Thank you=]

Probably the best customer service I’ve had at a small local verizon shop. The reps were knowledgable and fixed the issues with my iPhone. They also had some really cool accessories that I purchased since they were so helpful ;) I highly recommend giving this store a shot. You won’t be disappointed! Loyal verizon customer

This is not a real Verizon store!!! Do not go here!!! They will not honor any national warranty, unlike a REAL Verizon store. They man even told me that Verizon DOES NOT sign his paychecks, a local business person does. I was here in NO on business thinking I could get something exchanged I bought less than a week ago in NC, but I couldn’t. What a waste of time. You might as well go to a guy selling phones out of his jacket on the street corner. Zero stars if I could do that.
