I walked into the store and was greeted very warmly by the team member at the door. They were having a sale so the store was very messy and unorganized. I went to use the restroom and it was DISGUSTING. There was no toilet paper in the stalls and it was everywhere on the floor. All of the toilets had not been flushed and the floors were wet. I understand it gets busy and I have been to many Old Navy’s where the restrooms were clean and the store did everything they could to keep the areas organized during sales. I left that store and went to World Market instead to shop in a CLEAN store. Very disappointed as I usually like Old Navy but I will not be going to this one again.
