I recently booked an appointment to have my oil changed, but discovered some issues with my battery. After having to jump start my car to get it to this particular NTB, I requested they look at the battery as well. When I came to pick up my car the man working at the front desk explained to me that my battery was fine and I needed a new alternator. Shocked by the price I declined the offer in hopes to find a cheaper route. After I declined the offer he became extremely rude with me. He was clearly upset that I wasn’t willing to pay the ridiculous price to have a new alternator put in. After leaving I went to an Auto Zone to have my battery and alternator tested and I was very thankful I did. My alternator was fine and just as I suspected, all I needed was a new battery. I’m thankful I did my research and the man at Auto Zone saved me $ 500. I hope they aren’t taking advantage of too many people.

Super friendly but service is so slow. Brought my car in for a standard oil change at 2:41 pm and they said it would only be an hour. It’s now almost 5 pm and my service is still not complete. They gave updates on my vehicle every once in a while though it was always, «We are almost done.» But then a significant amount of time would pass. They have an online appointment feature. Perhaps that’s the route I should have taken.
