Great box! Been all over the country recently with my job and visited a lot of boxes. Metairie Crossfit has an amazing young and talented bunch of coaches. From the coaches, to the members, to the box dog Grace this place was friendly and helpful. I spent the entire month at this box after visiting a few others in the area. Do yourself a favor and stop in, get a great workout in, and meet new friends…

Love this box! Period.
We’d been looking for a crossfit home for the last year since moving from a really great one last year (shout out to CrossFit Oahu!). Unfortunately, we couldn’t seem to find a place where the people, location, and price fit our picky taste.
Seriously, what a good fit! The coaches are wonderful and supportive. The overall vibe is genuinely positive, which makes the workouts fun. All types of skill levels are welcome with development encouraged each session. We’ve even got a few other friends to join and have heard rave reviews from them as well. BF and I are very happy with Metairie CF!

Shawn and Michael really have a great set up here. Big space with all the goodies. I hear they may be adding even more classes and possibly expanding. Who knows what the future may hold but with their great pricing and quality instruction the only direction left to go is forward.
