I don’t expect much from a fast food restaurant, but I do expect two important things: customer service and speed. Yes, I expect staff at a McDonald’s to put on a smile and at least pretend they are happy to serve me food. It’s customer service. I didn’t always enjoy my time in retail but I never let the customer think that. So lay off the surly attitude and learn to interact with customers. Second, I expect the FAST portion of fast food. Double when it’s something that is mass produced and under a heat lamp. It should not take 10 minutes to get a McGriddle.

I stopped in for a McRib, assuming they were at all McDonalds by this point in November… much to my extreme disappointment; this was not the case at this location. I substituted with the new CBO burger, and although it’s no McRib, it was still pretty darn good. BOTTOMLINE: As of 11/15/2012, no McRibs at this location.
