The girl working here was friendly, which I appreciate, but the selection of yoga clothes seemed sort of small and unexciting. They do carry one of the brands I like the most, Onzie, but the selection was, again, small and didn’t contain many of their cool prints that I like. They carry Lululemon and apparently they are the only non-Lulu store in the area to carry the brand(personally I think that brand is snoozer) — so if that is your thing you can get some Lulu things here without having to drive to Canal Place. They also did not have ANY yoga shorts which is all that I wear! I much, much, much prefer the(larger) clothing clothing selection at Uptown Bikram Yoga on Oak. They carry a much more stylish selection with bright colors, cool patterns, and unique and sexy cuts. So if you like to yoga in more edgy, youthful styles the clothes at Uptown Bikram may be more for you. I’ll probably come back and give them another chance, maybe they just were a little under-stocked at the moment.

The owners are fantastic people, so I’m a little biased! That said, Life always has a good selection of yoga/barre clothes, including Lululemon. I haven’t attended a yoga class here, but apparently it’s very popular and inexpensive. My best tip is to look here for Lululemon because they put things on sale after a few weeks and you can get a great deal. I got some wunder unders I’d been seeing online for half off, simply because they were the last pair. Online at lululemon, they were still full priced.

The staff at this boutique are really friendly, attentive, and helpful. I have purchased many items there and have not once been disappointed. They call when new shipments arrive and hold items for you. A+ service! Their items are not cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Posting a whole slew of reviews for stores I hit with my Mom on Black Friday. Life has something gift items as well as practical exercise wear. The folks who work there have always been friendly although my purchases have always been small ones. I guess I just can’t commit to spending $ on exercise wear when I can’t make myself get off the couch most days.

I really like this little boutique. They have many gift items. I bought some pretty journals for Christmas gifts. The clerks were very kind, helpful, and not hovering at all. A wonderful shopping experience overall. If you are in the market for some yoga gear or a gift, or just window shopping along Magazine St., this place is certainly worth a stop in.

This shop is owned and operated by wonderful, inspiring women. Filled with eco-friendly clothing, yoga wear of the highest quality, as well as accessories and great gifts. Recently having relocated from S. Carrolton Ave. to Magazine St., Life Boutique is expanding their merchandise and have taken advantage of their narrow space. They informed me that they will soon be carrying GoddessWear which is so exciting! The only other place I have ever seen it sold is at GallaCabana in Santa Cruz, California and it isn’t sold anywhere online.
