Terrible customer service at register. Twice I have flown out of the city, and twice have been disappointed. There’s always 1 person doing more than is necessary picking up the slack for the remaining employees. When customers are 5 deep in line trying to catch a flight, there is no courtesy towards the fact that they need to check out. Never again.

We spent the last three days in New Orleans and were very complimentary of the customer service overall. Not the case here. Absolutely horrible service!!! The lady on the grill making breakfast was beyond rude. She was VERY aggressive and talked more and listened less. She seemed to be in an awful hurry to get us out of there. There are a few other options at the airport and I would go to any other one before I went back to this place. She needs to know what it feels to be unemployed. Maybe that will remind her of customer value!!!

3 stars on this one folks. The food is okay but the service leaves something to be desired. I had the meatball hoagie. It came out hot, the bread was good not too firm or too soft and was plentiful for the price, about 13 bucks for a combo with drink and chips. You walk up and just form a line then place your order. The only problem is when you walk up they have a heated section with several offerings such as Jambalaya, Mashed Potatoes, and other types of meat or soup. You look at the menu and it doesn’t fully match up with what is in the heating tray so I asked the attendant standing there what else was offered. She stared at me then just pointed to the menu and turned her head. Needless to say I figured it out after I asked the cashier. Went to get my drink and two of them were out. I told the cashier and she asked me to walk down to their sister restaurant to get what I wanted. So… food=okay but service, well take your chances.

Don’t let the name fool you, this is no French bistro by any stretch of the imagination. However, in the arena of airport food it’s a step above the prison food most places serve you because they know they have a captive audience. I bought a yogurt cup with a few pieces of berries in it and granola. Was it worth the $ 5.50 with tax? I don’t know… things are always at a premium at the airport. My friend ordered a breakfast burrito and home fries. Fries were a little dry and spicy. The burrito was surprisingly good. They also have a little seating area which is nice. Because my flight was delayed I also went back for lunch which was disappointing. I got a turkey wrap with a small side garden salad. Both of which were dismal, and had me wishing I had gone to Subway.
