4,99 $ for a bottle of Dasani water and 6,89 $ for a cup of fruits. Are you serious? Seen they had croissants and they were also in the 4 $ price section. If you need anything I suggest you go to Rouse´s which is just around the corner.

Here on a business trip and stop there to pick up something for breakfast. The worse customer service ever. The lady work there when I went is the biggest snob. Never going back the whole week I’m here. I’ll take my business somewhere else that knows customer service.

Lagniappe Exchange is the souvenir/general merchandise shop in the Hyatt Hotel. While it isn’t technically in the lobby, it is near the conference center and is easy to find, once you know where to look. The shop is typical of many hotels. It contains the obligatory Louisiana souvenirs. Need a cookbook, hot sauce or Mardi Gras mask? You can buy it here. The shop also has various snacks, drinks and magazines. The one surprising feature of this little shop was the variety of beer available. Sure it wasn’t cheap, but there were several craft beers that one would normally only find in a specialty store. Kudos to whomever is their beer sommelier or whatever that’s called when dealing with beer. In summary, if you’re at the Hyatt and need any of the items I listed, come here. If not, don’t.
