I have used Ladner’s to maintain my pool for 20 years. They have consistently been prompt, identifying practical and cost effective fixes for a very old pool.

Best pool supply place in New Orleans area!!! Others have steered me wrong, but never at Ladner’s. They have also helped me correct problems as a result of bad advice from other stores (mainly Leslie’s — avoid them like the plague). Ladner’s is all about service, and they still make money without suggesting radical solutions to minor problems.

When I bought my house several years ago, I acquired a hot tub as part of the purchase. I knew nothing about maintaining a hot tub. Ladner’s staff have been very helpful, teaching me what I need to know about maintaining a hot tub. They always have the chemicals I need in stock, instructed me on how to use them, and the prices seem to be competitive.
They have a big pool section, plenty of supplies and parts, but I’m not interested in that side of the business. They also sell and install pools and hot tubs. I don’t know anything about that side of the operation as I already had mine.
