Stepping into this restaurant is like planting yourself smack dab in the in the middle of Tegucigalpa. I say this, of course, never having actually been to Honduras, but it’s probably the closest I will get for now. The place is kind of like a Honduran version of Brown Derby… an assortment of treats to pick from, in addition to custom-made bits. Their lunch buffet was pretty awesome — two kinds of meat(carne asada and cerdo), mirliton, empanadas, etc… as much as you can fit onto a plate for 8 bucks. I want to come back for dinner and try their other menu items like the baleadas and Honduran and Mexican tacos. Or breakfast for their Huevos Rancheros.
