These frauds deserve 0 stars. We are reporting this business to the BBB due to a fraudulent charge on our card for a moving service never performed. A deposit was made on this customers behalf yet the move was cancelled and NOSERVICEWASPERFORMED aside from a phone quoted estimate. The deposit charged was almost $ 6,000. We are dealing with our credit card company on this one since no one will return our calls at Kid Gloves. Since my mother is in her late 70’s this kind of fraud is considered Elder Abuse and we will be seeking legal action. I repeat, they have taken our messages but have not returned our calls regarding the matter and have stolen my mothers money and wasted way too much time trying to hunt them down. It has been 5 months since the charge was made… and still, nothing. DONOTDOBUSINESSWITHTHESEPEOPLE.

I used these guys to move some old antiques out of my relative’s house to be stored for a bit in their warehouse. Best experience i’ve ever had with a moving company! I got several calls in advance and very friendly customer service. The people working there seem to genuinely care about the personal needs of you and your items, and even suggested the best materials to pack my items would be! The building itself s a bit out of the way, but overall amazing!

I would not do business with them again. The actual movers were fine and quick although the predetermined delivery date was over a week than what was discussed, both on the phone and during the move. When addressing the delay on the phone, the woman I spoke with was smug and not open to discussion.
