Delivery guy was a total jerk. We just moved in and got the new address wrong but corrected it when he called. we apologized when he got here but he said rudely, «just get the address right… it’ll be easier on all of us.»

I can’t support any business that can’t support its employees. What a terrible work environment.

Jimmy John’s may not always be my #1 option or delivery food, but it is always consistent and quick. Their delivery normally takes between 20 – 30 minutes, but can sometimes come even sooner. In addition, the food is very consistent and enjoyable. Never have I ordered jimmy johns and then regretted it afterwards.

Taste like sh! t. I could make a better sandwich at my house. For the price I just paid.$ 8 I’ll keep my foot long subway chips and drink.

I think it’s unlikely with all of the delicious surrounding establishments on Maple that I would ever sit down to eat at Jimmy Johns. Delivery, however, I order weekly. They usually take about 10 minutes to deliver, it’s astounding, and the delivery people are really nice (I’ve had some nasty delivery people from other restaurants). On top of this, the entire process is very easy and entirely online. For people who are gluten free or carb conscious, their unwiches are a great option and replace the Jimmy Johns bread with a lettuce wrap. Their bread is pretty delicious though. My favorite subs are Vito and Cali!

Vegetarians beware! I was previously a dedicated Jimmy Johns fan, but after tonight I won’t ever again order from them. Known for their super fast delivery, it was often my take out of choice when cooped up for long hours working on my thesis. As a vegetarian for most of my life I am pretty generally grossed out when meat touches anything I’m eating, and would very likely get incredibly sick if I accidentally ingested meat. Tonight after waiting for almost an hour, I got back to my room only to find that there was some type of meat mixed in with the cheese in my sandwich. Luckily, I happened to look before biting into the sandwich that had been falsely labeled as vegetarian. When I called the restaurant to inform them of their mistake, the employee answering the phone apologized and sent another sandwich out to replace mine, but clearly did not understand how utterly repulsive it was for me to find meat in my food. Now almost two hours after I had ordered it, I’m skeptically eating my replacement sandwich, but I honestly don’t know if I would trust this establishment with considering contamination and other health risks. I was surprised that they didn’t attempt to do anything to fix their mistake other than making me wait more time to get the sandwich for which I had actually ordered and already paid. Super sad to lose a staple delivery place.

Ordered a sandwich to be delivered. They have one of the fastest delivery services out of anyone. I had a BLT on wheat. One major drawback to the Jimmy John’s sandwich is that they are all cold. That works for some things, but a BLT really benefits from hot, crispy bacon. So what you have here is cold, chewy bacon on soggy bread. I did add hot sport peppers, which turned out to be a nice touch.

I used the Jimmy John’s website to place an order, which I planned to pick up on my way to a meeting. After paying, and while already en route to pick up my sandwich, Jimmy John’s called to inform me that they had lost power and would be cancelling my order. Strange, because everything I ordered was cold and, although they could have easily made my sandwich, they refused. When I asked for some accommodation due to the situation (i.e., that they deliver just a tad outside their delivery area), I was told that they «do not change [their] rules for anybody.» Also, because their power was out, they were unable to refund my money.
A call to corporate was met with profuse apologies and a guarantee that someone from the ownership team would call me back to make things right. Nope, all they did was offer more excuses, but did, in fact, refund my money. Still, no sammich. Nothing. I’m still a fan of Jimmy John’s, just not this location. The management is rude and has no comprehension of customer service.

Good job, Jimmy John’s. Fast, friendly, accurate. Yummy sandwiches.
I am really impressed with the way Jimmy John’s has kept the quality consistently high and the service fast and friendly throughout the multitude of restaurants. I have eaten at a dozen different locations, and fast, courteous and cheerful service is the rule, and this location (#1807) is no exception. I think their prices are competitive, and their made-​to-​order sandwiches are great. What’s not to love? Fresh rolls and bread, meats and veggies. Bottomless beverages. Kettle-​style chips, excellent cookies and really fabulous «half-​sour» pickles. Tremendous!
I love the Ultimate Porker, #17, or the Country Club, #11, on 7-​grain bread. My wife recommends the Billy Club, #8, or the Club Tuna, #15, on 7-​grain bread.

Pros: Simple, good, and great value.
Cons: no hot sauce. Anywhere…
So, this app will not let me post the above mentioned pros & cons because it is too short. I am writing this to provide filler. Jimmy johns was alright. Generally, the lack of hot sauce is not limiting in any way. My particular case is an exception to the preceding rule.

I’ve waited a long time to write this review because my previous encounters with this place have left me very dissatisfied. Now, I’m not usually high maintenance, and I know this is basically a fast food place, but still… if I pay $ 7.75 for a sandwich, I would like to get what I ordered. I had been going to Jimmy Johns for over a year with no problem until a few months ago. My online and call in delivery sandwiches started arriving with some missing components. For instance, I’d ask for no lettuce on my beach club and get no lettuce, no tomato and no avocado spread. It was basically a sandwich with meat and cheese… for $ 7.75 plus the tip for delivery. I was patient at first and said nothing.
Anyone can have an off month, right?
The fourth time it happened, I called in and the manager handled it very well. I accepted a credit for a future sandwich. The only problem was when I called in to use the credit, Jimmy John’s has no record of it. I had to talk to the manager again who thankfully remembered me. When my sandwich was delivered, the delivery guy thrust the sandwich at me angrily and turned around without saying a word. Awkward.
I took a month long break from Jimmy John’s, and recently tried ordering again, and low and behold my sandwich arrived missing several components. I called in again and once again got directed to a manager who told me that my sandwich was not incorrectly made because he made it himself. It obviously got switched with a different order… Sure man, whatever you say…
I accepted a remake of the sandwich because of the fiasco with the credit. When my remake arrived, the delivery guy insisted I return the previous sandwich. I had to dig in my kitchen garbage to retrieve it. Yuck. I didn’t feel like eating after that. I had no problem with the return, but I wish they’d told me that when I called so I wouldn’t have thrown it away. The delivery guy also kept banging on my front door as I fished it out the garbage too. Again, awkward.
I’ll give it a while before I go back. Hopefully a redemption review will be in order.

The prices are extremely reasonable, and the service is exceptional. Usually takes less than a minute to get your sandwich from the time you order. Although the quality of the food is good, as opposed to great, it’s in line with their prices and is countless steps above Subway/​Quiznos.

Fast and friendly! My favorite is the number 5! A great option if your in the go. They also deliver on bike if you don’t have a car.

This one, at least when I typically go is surprising slow most of the time which is great for me. No lines to wait in.
I do wish they had more interior seating options, but considering how small the location is that’s practically impossible. Lots of stuff to do nearby as well

If you’re looking for a quick meal that’s pretty tasty and inexpensive, this sandwich shop is a good bet. I won’t say that the food is spectacular, but it’s good, and did I mention fast? They pride themselves on speed, and they have a right too. Also, they have veggie-​less options for kids who don’t like their sandwiches dressed. When I am rushing to eat before a night class, this place is my new go-​to joint.

Standard sandwiches, fantastic service. I have been in and ordered delivery and had really great experiences both times. Both times the sandwiches were good — nothing special but tasty. The process of making the sandwich in the store was done before I finished paying and the sandwich if had delivered arrived at my house in about 10 minutes.

I love their sandwiches but their delivery area is very limited. I would eat there more often if they had a bigger delivery area, especially since that is what appealed me to the place from the get go. WE NEED MORE DELIVERY OPTIONS IN NOLA!

My tuna was ready before I could get to the end of the counter. That’s pretty fast service. Every worker was courteous and attentive. Someone is huddling with them to tell them remain top notch. I love it! The sandwich was pretty good. All sandwiches are prepared the same, if you want something extra or taken away, you have to tell them.
Parking is limited, so you may need to drive down a back street. Delivery Service is also available.

It is what it is, not much different here. There isn’t much dining space, but the place probably just does alot of delivery to the students all around.
