Ashley was a consummate professional in helping my find what I was looking for in Jeans. I rarely shop for jeans and am hazy on what style or fashion is «in.» She was very knowledgeable on current trends. If it was not for her, I would be stuck wearing Gap and looking like a fool. She could not have been sweeter or more helpful. I would recommend her and the store to all of my friends and family. Great shop and great work, Ashley.

One of my favorite boutiques, they have everything for men, women and kids! I went into their Magazine street location just the other day and the staff went above and beyond to get the jeans I wanted transferred from their Baton Rouge location to their Magazine Street location! They have also picked up new lines for men and women that start as low as $ 29!!!

Since I’m not generally in this store’s demographic, the staff mostly just ignores me. But that’s OK with me. I’m usually in this shop to peruse the accessories and selection of local tshirts. I haven’t shopped for actual jeans here in years since that didn’t go well the last time I tried. On the other hand, they do have lots of the jean brands that folks in the know want to buy.(I mostly just want jeans that actually fit and aren’t overly embellished.) So for a large selection of styles take a gander. And maybe you’ll hit the jackpot of style and fit.

This was probably the best shopping experience I ever had… and I didn’t even buy anything! Yes, the jeans are pricey but they are high end brand name jeans and will be expensive wherever you go. The staff was extremely helpful. I tried on maybe 15 pairs of jeans but nothing was fitting right because of my weird shape. I was being helped by all 3 staff people in the store and they were all completely honest and did not pressure me even a little bit. They said they would be getting more styles in soon and not to commit now and put me on a list to let me know when they come in. I will definitely buy jeans here, hopefully sometime soon.

I love Jean Therapy. They have a great selection of jeans and lots of cute tees(made in the USA I might add.) Customer service was good and they also have a pretty nice online store, with lots of Saints and NOLA inspired tees. Also, love the location. It’s just down the street from Whole Foods :-).

EXPENSIVE. But hey, they have great quality products. I’m not a fan of the sheer and see through shirts. I’d rather not have to wear a tank under my tees. I wish they would make their designs on some thicker shirts. Cute stuff!

Horrible service! Came in on a late afternoon, there was about 2 – 3 other customers and 4 employees. They just stood at the cash register and chatted. Didn’t even ask if they could help anyone. They didn’t even acknowledge the customers unless we spoke to them first. I’m in dire need of jeans so I was ready to spend whatever I needed to to get some but I def did not want to give commission to these snobs. REALITYCHECKEMPLOYEES: YOUSELLJEANSFOR A LIVING. You have no reason to be so snooty.

Jean Therapy is the only place in New Orleans I shop for jeans. I’ve been a customer since before Katrina. I actually don’t shop for jeans too often but I recently lost weight, hence the need for at least one pair of great fitting jeans. I shopped at Jean Therapy last Saturday and had great service. The salesperson brought me a variety of brands/styles– Citizens of Humanity, Joe’s Jeans, Red Engine, to name a few. My «perfect pair» was the second style I tried on. I tried on several more styles, just to be sure, but I was finished jean shopping in less than half an hour(including check out, which took awhile, as they were very busy)! Their bag is a reusable shopping tote– nice touch. Jean Therapy’s apparel selection(beyond denim) is a bit random– Lacoste, Havaianas, collegiate, Saints, and NOLA inspired t-shirts, along with some very expensive items. There was one style of jeans that I would have like to have tried, but it was out of stock in my size. Also, I wish they had a tailor that offered in-store original hemming(if they do, they don’t mention it) and/or gave a credit for tailoring like 7 For All Mankind does in Dallas. But if you want an easy jean shopping experience, head to Jean Therapy.

Awesome stop for designer jeans and basics. Great brands, including a line of eco-friendly jeans; lots of local T’s and jewelry. A MUSTSTOP for game day apparel — they just got the new«girly jersey» which is super soft and tapered for a woman’s body.

Designer jeans and NOLA shirts! Jean Therapy sells some good brands including Citizens of Humanity and Lacose while also providing supportive t-shirts(saints, nola, save the coast, etc). There are a few cute bracelets and accessories up by the register.

As someone who has a propensity for high end jeans, I was super excited when this store opened. Unfortunately, the staff at this location has always been really unfriendly and attitudinal. Because this location is in my neighborhood, I will try on jeans here for fit, but always purchase at other local boutiques that carry the same jeans brands. The staff at the Metairie and Canal Place locations are much more friendly.

Nice selection of jeans, a little spendy. The staff was super accommodating and i found a few Defend NOLA shirts, I loved.
