I cannot even begin to express how pleased I am. We were visiting from out of town and on Christmas Eve, our son’s iPad screen cracked BAD. I got a hold of icracked and they sent a technician to pick up the iPad from the front desk (on Christmas Eve night!!) and he brought it back to us all fixed just before 10:00 AM the next morning (Christmas morning!) we were able to tell our son that Santa took it to his workshop and him and his elves fixed it for him. The technician was incredibly responsive, more than prompt and helped us have a cool little addition to our Christmas. So appreciative!!!
