This rental property is lousy! Believe it or not it was a step up from the previous property I had stayed at before. Kinda sad huh?
The prices here for a one bedroom are about $ 600 a month. This property also has an outdoor pool and a laundry area. I guess I thought I was getting a good deal, but I was totally wrong!
The first problem is that this particular apartment complex is not very neighbor friendly. I guess its because when I was living their I was dating women who was from another race. Most of the people living in that apartment complex were racist. Got a lot of dirty looks, and rude comments quite often.
The second problem I had was the staff. The manager lady Kelley was rude beyond belief and played favorites with the Maintenance man Peter. Peter was also a rude butt hole. I guess his problem with me was because one day I complained about a maintenance issue and he acted like a little baby because I made him do some work. After that he was rude and indifferent towards me. He made some crass comments to me about being overweight (I lost 35 pounds recently) and some prejudiced comments about my ex-​girlfriend. I really had to work hard to keep from getting violent towards the man.
The third problem was the criminal activity in this apartment complex namely the break ins. MY upstairs neighbor got his home broken into while he was in it 3 times. I had problems with one of my deranged neighbors attempting to break into my house (while I was in it)4 times. I called the police about the issue they were of no use. I told the manager about it and they didn’t seem to act like they cared. This forced my hand and I moved out.
In short terrible neighbors, rude staff, and heavy crime area. Better off avoiding this place!
