Ordered a light over a month ago. Charged for it immediately and have not received any indication of when it might ship other than 3 – 4 weeks when I placed the order. Have made numerous calls to find out only to be told everyone is busy and will call me back. No phone calls back. After reading reviews online of similar experiences, I told the receptionist to cancel the order.

I would not do business with them under any circumstance. They screwed up our order the first time, but did send a replacement lantern, albeit it months late. Then they sent us laterns with broken glass, and have only today replaced them in the 5 months since I requested replacement glass., despite numerous requests from us and promises to send new glass. They certainly had no problem taking our money, but took forever to return calls or send replacement glass for their shipping problems. They must have felt so bad about their lousy service they had a factory guy return our call… but finally after all this time they sent the glass. Should I feel privileged?
