Edible New Orleans is a quarterly magazine(free around town) devoted to local foodways. It is only on issue #5 but I’ve enjoyed each and everyone. Some of the articles are about stuff you know(like McKenzie’s buttermilk drops available at Tastee’s) but other stuff is definitely new(at least to me). The writing has been pretty good to excellent, the stories engaging and the photos gorgeous. It is part of the Edible communities publications.
