We went here looking for a bind and fly item from Horizon Hobby that they ended up not carrying. My husband has previous experience with operating rc/​drones but I don’t. Will walked us through all of the models, their features and really took the time to help me understand which models would be best for us. It is rare to see such a high level of customer service anymore, and we were very impressed with the quality of the brands they carry and by being treated so well. We will be coming here for any of our needs in the future. Great shop!

Will did a tremendous job helping me when inventories were low by getting a new Phantom 3 overnight the next day. Customer service was excellent and they’ve earned a new loyal customer. and soon my friends and dad as well!

Drones Plus is the first of its kind the New Orleans area. I fly commercial UAVs for mapping and am involved in the development of several unmanned systems (aerial and surface). I needed a DJI Phantom 3 for a new project and was impressed with William’s (Drone Plus) presence in the local community (online and offline). William and other staff was very knowledgeable about the DJI software, even as the new updates came out today. Their prices were right on par with online shops too.

Amazing!!! This place is one of the coolest places I’ve been to in New Orleans and I’ve been to a lot of places. I felt like I was hanging out with my friends as soon as I walked through the doors. The only thing that tops the great service is the awesome stuff they sell. Bought a drone for me and my daughter and will definitely be back to get the next model up. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for something cool and new to get into. I watched them take aerial photos of this store and fly around. Had to get one.
