My event was spectacular no thanks to holli! About a week and a half before the event she completely fell off the face of the earth and stopped replying to phone calls and email with no warning. She was never great at being responsive but to just completely stop responding with out any notice is just unprofessional and ridiculous! Never work with this woman!

I wish this could be more positive… I was excited to work with Holli and DelishNOLA for my October 2014 wedding, and then she COMPLETELY stopped responding to me about a month after we first made contact. When I left a bad review, I did briefly hear from Holli’s fiancé, who let me know Holli was having health problems. I felt terrible and took down the review… and then never heard from Holli again.
THANKFULLY, this this was months out from my wedding and I found another caterer, but I was hoping for more professionalism.
UPDATE: Holli did reach out to me about a month and a half ago and offered to make a dinner when we are in New Orleans in October. I will be updating my review during that time.
