Comeaux does not stand behind their warranties. They sold us a defective dishwasher and refuse to make it right. The thing leaks and the pump runs forever until I unplug it. Their repair guy can’t figure out what’s wrong with it, and Comeaux says that means there is nothing wrong with it. They are a bunch of crooks.

I bought an Electrolux dryer from Comeaux. After first use, there was an issue that required service. The repair man found a sock in the fan, meaning this was a returned item. They never alerted me to this. When calling to complain about it, I was treated rudely. There has been nothing but problems since. The extended warranty is a joke as it takes 2 weeks to get anything serviced. 4 kids with no dryer for 2 weeks, FUN! To avoid a truly disappointing customer experience and waste of money, stay away from this store. I would give zero stars if that was an option.

this is the warehouse/​outlet side of the Comeaux operation, and we bought a really great sofa here when we first got our house. I’ve yet to figure why, other than possibly being a model from a previous year, the sofa was on such a hard discount, but we got it for a really amazing price. Yeah, some of the stuff looks like it belongs in my grandmother’s house (if she had been on the cast of Miami Vice that is — yeah, the original series), but most of the stuff was great looking and pretty decent quality (for consumer grade furniture — sorry, this isn’t custom handmade or hotel-​level-​durability stuff). make sure to check out the upstairs as well while you are there.

My quest for a new washing machine brought me to this tucked-​away treasure hunt of furniture deals. It has only been opened for short time (I forget exactly what the sales man told me), and it is affiliated with the Comeaux on Veterans. It has floor models and marked-​down home furnishings. We saw so many nice and affordable pieces, but I was on a mission to find a washing machine, so we didn’t linger to appreciate the full selection.
The selection of appliances was small and I walked away without a purchase, but I will consider heading back this way the next time I am looking for some new furniture. I may just go back to walk around and try out new sofas.
