Terrific facility when it comes to value for the dollar, amount of time spent and convenience! After recently moving and no longer having the sweet, sweet heaven that is on-site laundry, I had to look up laundromats nearby. I always knew that their was a laundry across the street from Parkview Tavern after spending enough late nights drinking there after my service industry days, but had not much need of it at the time. Perks: *Open Sundays *Ample number of washers, and large industrial sized dryers. *Normal wash cycle only requires 30 minutes to complete. *Dryers get HOT as Hades, so $ 1.50 will dry two full size loads in 36 minutes! *Inexpensive *Rolling baskets for carting wet clothing to dryer area *Friendly attendant

Good basic laundry and wash and fold service. 8 am to 7pm every day. 90 cents per pound. Washing 1.50 per load. 25 cents drying per 8 minutes. Machines are older most functioning 1 dryer was out on my visit but that beats others I’ve tried in the area where ½ dozen are busted. Place is well loved but not sketchy good choice if looking for affordable laundry with chance of available machines on a sunday. My only selfish 1 star dock is no wifi and the wear and tear of the place. But if the goal is get laundry done minimal crowd affordable then it’s a 5 star.

At .90/lb. this place is the second most inexpensive wash and fold place I could find in New Orleans. And the extra 5 cents per pound makes a world of difference. This guy is awesome. My clothes smelled great, he put my undergarments in bags, folded, he hung everything that needed hanging on wire hangers and even took my clothes out to my car for me! I will be back weekly. It’s so convenient and this guy is super nice. Yes, it looks a little run-down and«sketchy» but don’t let appearances fool you.
