City Park Softball Quad

I played here every Monday this fall for my intramural softball league. The field seems very well kept for a municipal park.
However, the infield could use a little up keeping. Homeplate is a glorified sinkhole and the bases are ankle-​breakingly loose.

I’ve been doing a Wednesday night softball league here the last couple months. The fields are as well taken care of as you can expect for public fields. But when it rains, the grass near the outfield fence becomes more like a lake.
On most nights, the bases also haven’t been secured to the dirt, so it’s been somewhat annoying and dangerous when they slide.
The lighting can be a bit annoying/​blinding if you’re playing left or right fields, but other than that, it’s a pretty good public softball park.
