The date is September 15, 2015 and I am extremely happy to say that the issue I was having has been resolved. Tiffany(the property manager) delivered excellent results and I can’t thank her enough. We had the chance to meet and she did everything she could to help us – the mark of a truly great property manager. Kudos to her office staff and building maintenance staff for delivering 5 star service. Please give Citrus Creek West a chance; they really do care about their residents.

These people put an eviction on my record. Never have I been evicted from anyplace… ever. Not only is it not true, it’s embarrassing for my potential residence to tell me that I have an eviction on my record. The people and service here was so bad that I just couldn’t take it any longer. Even still, I left their apartment like new. It was actually cleaner than when I moved in… I was in talks with their corporate general manager Cindy whom I though could help me out of my very unhappy situation, she told me to put in writing that they could rent out my apartment. I did that, they rented it out. Knowing that I would not be there to receive an eviction notice, they evicted me knowing that I would not have notice to defend myself. When I was made aware of my reletting fees(fees for them having to put the apartment back on the market) and other fees, I paid them right away. Even though the balance is in the negative(I no longer owe them) the eviction stands. How DISHONEST and down right MEAN to FILEANEVICTIONTHATNEVERHAPPENED. I was a good tenant… never late on rent might I add and was just very unhappy and displeased with the service for the amount of rent that I was paying. Cindy even came to my apartment and pretended she wanted to help me get out of this situation because she knew how unhappy I was there. I did not trust them so Cindy and I’s phone calls are recorded along with the voice recording of her at my apartment telling me the proper steps to take… which I did. If you’d like to hear these, email me @ and I will send them to you. This property is terribly dishonest and pretentious. When I went in to the office just recently to inquire why They put an eviction on my record, the office manager Tiffany was actually on a call with a tenant inquiring how to break his lease… I giggled a little but it’s really very sad that they treat people the way they do. Beautiful at first site but not once you live there. Just don’t do it. Email that I sent informing them that they could do as they please with the apartment and their response is in the pics. Check them out… but I was evicted… SHAMEONYOUCITRUSCREEPERS… which reminds me of the roaches they could never entirely get rid of… ewwww

You’re better off homeless than living here. My whole experience was a nightmare. Appliances are old and outdated my washing machine caught on fire. Dishwasher broke, repairs took forever. Had a leak above my toilet and couldn’t use it instead of sending out maintenance they told me I should get a hotel for the night I said no I’ll just piss in my sink which is BS. I paid 1000 a month for a 1 bdrm defiantly not worth it don’t let the grounds reel you in. They left raw sewage that leaked out of a pipe in front of my apartment building for well over a week it smelled awful complained multiple times no one did anything. They even painted my dog while she was out on the patio I guess they didn’t think to check if pets are out there so that was a cost that I had to incur she had to be shaved. I let her out on the patio for a half hour every morning so she could soak up the sun. You think they could have knocked on my door since i was in the back room. They also manage to paint all of my edible plants tomatoes and bell peppers completely running them they said they would reimburse me but never did.
